How can I book an excursion?

You will find the registration form under 'More Information' for the excursion.

When will I be picked up?

You will receive a message from us via WhatsApp or email regarding your pickup time. We will pick you up at the hotel entrance, as security does not allow us to drive onto the premises.

Why are we asking for your hotel name, room number, and phone number?

Most hotels request this information for their own security, so they know where their guests are located. It also allows us to inform the hotel reception in case of incidents during the transfer or if something is left behind in the car. 

I haven't received a confirmation; what should I do now?

Sometimes our emails end up in the spam or junk folder, so please make sure to check there. If you still haven't received anything after an hour, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.  

What are the cancellation policies?

Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours, 50% of the cost will be charged.  

Why can't I reach you by phone?

Currently, we do not offer phone support. We have found that we can assist our customers more quickly and effectively via email or WhatsApp. Please feel free to send us an email or WhatsApp message; we will show you that you receive the best support from us!

 

How can I pay?

You can pay in cash to our driver in euros or Egyptian pounds.
